Is anyone here into the Vectrex? I love the system but I am just finding it hard to find original cartridges. Although many games are simple rips of others I tend to think they are in some ways (game play etc) better than the originals _________________ Visit http://www.sickindividual.com |

ive never even had the pleasure of playing a vextrex. i know there is a fanbase out there and even people who program new games for them. I also know that they are quite rare and expensive!
(wish i had one....) |

Pity I had a spare until not very long ago but I sold it (made a killing lol). I can buy new compilation carts but I prefer the real deal. I am slowly building up a library _________________ Visit http://www.sickindividual.com |

I don't think it sold well anywhere. A very nice self contained system it is. Not too heavy really either. I am looking for a second controller at the moment. _________________ Visit http://www.sickindividual.com |

I acquired one recently and i'm quite please with it. It's really solid and the joysticks feel nice. The built-in game Mindstorm is really good too. I have another two games for it which are equally entertaining. Pity it doesn't save hi-scores! I like hi-score saving as it creates a sense of achievement. |
