WOW, that is the most expensive retro items i've ever seen on ebay.
and to think - he started the auction at 99c and then to have it sell for $5,400!
you have to be a very keen collector to fork out that sort of money. |

Yah, it was no fluke though. I'm a member on a board that the winner posts on. All those games are worth MEGA bucks - they're basically the NWC and Stadium Events of SNES collecting (and also in immaculate condition).
The seller is (or was) a pretty serious SNES collector to happens to be Australian - it was no fluke that they happened to be the rarest SNES games out there.
I agree though, I felt bad when I forked out a couple of hundred dollars on a NES lot.. yikes. |
