I am guessing that the amiga game with most disks would be Monkey Island too nut I am not sure.
What other games had lots of disk? _________________ When you come to the end of your rope, tie a knot and hold on!

I remember Leisure Suit Larry 5 had quite a few and also beneath a steal sky.
basically all your 'later' version adventure games had quite a few
you'd definately want at least two disk drives if not a harddrive |

I have the multiple disk drives as well as the hard disk drives yet some games you could not transfer to hard drive as they kept asking you to change or insert gamedisk into DF0 or DF1 and some games only worked with certain Workbench versions bah!

Nope tomz i think 12 disks was about the limit for an amiga game, you tend to find the games with a high amount of disks are the point & click adventure games.
i remember some games wouldn`t run from an extra floppy drive always had to swap in DF0: only can`t remember any titles though. |

Yeah Misha, 12 is the most that I have in my colly and my pet hate were those early demos that really excelled but you had to use the same floppy drive for them, still I guess thats just one of the Amigas quirks
It was and still is a nice 16 bit computer

The Adventures of Willy Beamish Thats another 12 disker
I think i may be wrong about the 12 Disk limit as i`m sure i`ve seen an Amiga game with 15 Disks but can`t think of what it was called.
Yeah i know this is an old thread but i like to update every now and then.
EDIT: i knew i was right Beneath a Steel Sky had a staggering 15 Disks |
